Adolfo is a young Designer based in Los Angeles; who launched his first collection back in 2006. This time around February 13th, his runway show was held at Nolcha Fashion week here in NYC.

The collection has that old Hollywood glamour essence with
dark mystery flair. I can picture a daring celebrity on the red carpet or in a
movie using one of these gorgeous pieces.
Adolfo Sanchez Fall/Winter 13 collection was sexy and
elegant. Mermaid gowns, double high slits and deep décolletages were the main
design attributes. Moreover, the combination of glossy taffeta, lace, chiffon
fabrics with feathers and fur had me gasping of excitement a few times. The
color palette in blacks, golds, warm grays and a hint of purples are perfect
for the season. Sanchez paid attention to detail by adding elaborated hats and
masks to complete the look.
