I am sorry I had been a little absent, since I got here I been busy trying to catch up with everyone. Family and friends, food, and guess what, no matter how much time you have its never enough! On the other hand I have Lots of pictures to come. . Promise!

Right now lets talk about this year that is soon to end. I am so grateful I overcame trough so much; graduating school, moving from Los Angeles all the way to New York and finding a job. Not to mention the amazing people I met during last Fashion Week in New York by running around as a Photographer.

Perdon por la ausencia, desde que llegue a Mexico me eh ocupado tratando de ponerme al corriente con todo el mundo. Ya sabes Familia, amigos, comida y sin importar cuanto tiempo tengas, nunca es suficiente! Por el otro lado eh estado tomando muchas fotos que publicare pronto. . Prometido!

Por ahora hablemos de este año que terminara pronto. Estoy muy agradecida por todos los logros; como graduarme de la carrera, mudarme de Los Angeles hasta New York y encontrar trabajo. Sin  mencionar la gente tan Linda que me toco conocer durante Fashion Week en New York mientras andaba de un lado para otro como fotografa.

I'll be there before you know it

NYC view form the Airplane, Up in the Air, Santa Monica Pier, San Diego, Forever 21 Dress, Mexicali, Palm trees @ my house.

I am finally in California-Baja California, Mex. Actually got here early, as a surprise, I wasn’t supposed to come around until Christmas Eve. So I got home and SURPRISE! I was so nice looking at my mom’s face, she could believe it.

Then, she was stunned at the fact that I came with 3 suitcases, as much as I tried to compressed everything on 1, it was impossible, and more when you are coming with Christmas gifts. Besides that, I always take forever when it comes to pack; I go back and forth making sure I do not leave anything behind which I do 90% of the time. This time I forgot the Christmas gift for that significant other one, along with my Outfits for Christmas and New Years, How could I. . ! Luckily I am getting everything shipped; but I know already is not going to make it on time. . .

But Happy to be back home, and weather here is so nice and warm compared to NYC!

I will have time to run around and take good pictures during this 2 weeks, I’ll keep you posted!

Finalmente estoy en California-Baja California Mex. De hecho llegue antes de sorpresa, se supone que llegaba hasta Noche Buena. Entonces llegue y SORPRESA!

Estuvo bien padre ver la cara de mi Sra madre, que no se la creia.

Luego se quedo sorprendida al ver que llegue con 3 maletas, pero por mas que trate de comprimir todo en 1 sola, me fue imposible, y mas cuando traes regalos de Navidad. Aparte, siempre me toma bastante tiempo empacar, trato de revisar y revisar para no olvidar nada, lo que me pasa alrrededor de un 90% . Y esta vez olvide el regalo de Navidad para esa personita especial, junto con los vestidos para Navidad y Ano Nuevo, que me pasa!

Por suerte me van a mandar todo por correo; aunque ya se que no llegara a tiempo. .

Pero feliz de estar en casa, y el clima aqui esta agradable a comparacion de NYC!

Estas dos semanas tendre tiempo de tomar fotos, asi que te mantendre al tanto!

Finding Christmas.

I tweeted earlier this morning about not feeling like it's Christmas at all. Then my friend and I headed over to The Rockerfeller Center and guess what we found.... Christmas... along with half of the world. Even the Easter bunny was spotted there... I think the only person missing was Santa himself. Anywho... problem solved. I found Christmas! Just in time to start packing and heading home to be with family.


Later, at Starbucks, my friend helped me get my site straightened out. It's been a couple of hours and we're still here.... as I am typing this. Enjoy the photos!

Esta mañana en Twitter estaba diciendo como no sentia que es temporada Navideña. Entonces mi amiga y yo fuimos al Rockefellar Center y adivina que encontramos... Navidad... junto con medio mundo mas. Hasta el conejo de Pascua fue visto.. Creo que el unico que no se encotro fue Santa Claus. Como sea... problema resuelto. Encontre Navidad! Justo a tiempo para comenzar a empacar e ir a casa con la familia

Forget me not

Enjoying the NOT so cold weather right now, a walk on Central Park trying to run away from Tourists and crazy crowds.

Just a couple of days and I will be flying back to California for the Holidays!

The Journey Begins

I've been wanting to start this for  while, just wondering and planning posts on my head. Until  I finally said, what the heck!

This blog will be about fashion, photography and everything in between the process.

By the way I am Natalie, Fashion Designer. Just moved to NYC last September in time for Fashions Night out & Fashion Week where the magic happens and what a better place to start a career!

I will implement a little of the inside fashion world. School really thaugh me that you have to truly love fashion and be passionate for your own survival in the industry. Handle the stress, deadlines, frustrated all nighters and so on. But if at the end of the day, or night; everything was worth it you are in the right place. Because fashion is not only the runway, party and shopping like most people think. (Yes it is a big part of it). But have you ever wondered all the work behind that gorgeous dress or the amazing blazer that you can no live without? What was going inside designer’s mind when that idea came out, what was the inspiration?

It isn’t just clothes.

A toast, the journey just began. .

Este Blog sera como lo dice el nombre, sobre Moda, Fotografía y todo lo demas en medio del proceso.

 Ohh para empezar soy Natalie. Me acabo de mudar a New York este Septiembre que paso, a tiempo para Fashion’s Night Out y Fashion Week, en donde ocurre la magia y que otro lugar para comenzar una carrera!

Tambien implementare un poco dentro de lo que pasa en el mundo de la Moda. Escuela me enseño que verdaderamente tienes que amar y ser apasionado para poder sobrevir en en esta industria. Poder con el estres, fechas y la frustración de las noches en vela. Pero, si al final del día, o noche, todo valio la pena, entonces estas en lugar indicado. Porque la Moda no es solamente sobre Pasarelas, fiestas y compras como la mayoría de la gente cree. (Si, es gran parte de) Pero alguna vez te has imaginado todo el trabajo detras de ese super vestido o el saco sin que no puedes vivir? Que pasaba por la mente del diseñador cuando la idea surgió, que fue lo que lo inspiro?

No es solamente ropa.

Un brindis, que el viaje apenas comienza.

Aunque digas que no te importa la Moda y no vistas para impresionar, estas dando una impresión (que no te importa la moda.)
