"Karl Confidentiel"

I am simply amazed by Karl Lagerfeld. This past weekend I watched his documentary "Karl Confidential" over and over again. The way he talked about his views on certain topics and how he is so sincere and straightforward; the way he thinks--which is way beyond the perspective norm; and for the sole fact that he is the incomparable Creative Director of Chanel.
My dream is having him as a friend, or at least just meet him. And an honor would be to one day be able to work with such an incredible legend. He is so profound and his deep words are always an inspiration.

Emma Watson, Vogue US-Vogue UK

Vogue US July 2011

Well, it is indeed Emma's month. Emma Stone on the cover of ELLE while Emma Watson graces the cover of VOGUE. I am sorry but I couldn't help myself. I had to post some of these gorgeous pictures. She looks all grown up, A M A Z I N G. .
For so long, she is been fighting her Harry Potter character "Hermione" and especially in this cover she opens our eyes and finally says I am "Emma Watson".
"I've probably earned the right to screw up a few times, I don't want to fear of failure to stop me from doing what I really care about"
"I'm going to do what I want to do. I'm going to be who I really am. I'm going to figure out what this is."

Vogue UK December 2010

Darling, I was blown away from this editorial. She looked so fresh and carefree, I have the feeling that this is the real her. But at the same time, we all have the other side which I believe is portrayed in the current issue above. Definitely a person to look after. .

ELLE Cover-Emma Stone

You will she her practically everywhere, since she has about three other movies coming up soon. She is Emma Stone July's cover of ELLE US.

I loved these pictures. Personally, I am not a big fan of polka dot but it suits her well. Emma Stone is one of my favorite actresses at the moment. Reason why? I feel that she owns herself. Also I like the fact the she is one of those chameleonic girls that will look good no matter what color her hair is, just like Milla Jovovich. Therefore they own and adapt to almost every single look. Let's not forget how charming & smart she is

CFDA's

I had the fortune to partially be, at the CFDA's. Truth is, that I was at the arrivals at the other side of the street taking pictures. I am sorry if some of this are a little blurry, my SLR is nothing fancy.

Kristen Dunst

Mary Kate.. or Ashley?

The one and only Anna Wintour.. Sneaking at the back as always.

Betsey Johnson

Alexander Wang & HELLO! Michael Kors

Proenza Schouler boys with Liv Tyler

Our unforgettable Daphne Guinness

D again :)

Alessandra Ambrosio & Prabal Gurung

Gerard Butler

Loved his suit by the way..

Donna Karan

Lady Gaga who made her appearance in 12 in platforms. .

It was very exiting to see all this fashion icons; between designers, celebrities and models. The one that makes me starstuck is Lorenzo Hernandez from Poenza Schouler. I met him at a conference this past Fashion Week, and I could barely articulate any word. Any-who, standing there at the arrivals; so close & at the same time so far I just wondered what brilliant conversation could they be having or what was going trough their minds. .

Your Place. .

Random patio, 14th street view, view from the Standard & my little reading spot at home.

New York, the city that never sleeps equals to non-stopping stressful days.. Reason why its good to have a little place to call yours, to just sit and read, relax, or even hide from the world and cry your soul.
I personally have a “thing” for windows and rooftops. I have always pictured myself on a rainy day sitting on a couch by the window just looking at the rain fall on the city. What's your's?
